Shipping and Handling
Order confirmation occurs after the order is received, pulled, additional shipping and handling charges have been assessed, and discounts or promotions have been applied. ZENPS ships using a combination of UPS, FedEx, and local shipping carriers. Expedited shipping is available, but you will need to call our customer service department at 866-222-3181.Due to sales, clearance events, or market conditions, prices may vary. In addition, we reserve the right to change or correct prices before confirmation of the order. Shipping typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on extenuating circumstances.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after shipping. Items will incur a $4 per case restocking fee regardless of condition. No restocking fees are applied for errors by ZENPS shipping. Please email us at orders@zenps.com if your item is returnable or if a restocking fee will apply. Defective items are subject to our inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
Payment Information
We request full payment upon checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER and American Express. We do not accept checks by fax or money order.
We are partnership with Paypal to provide customers with highest level security of online transaction. We do not store nor have access to your debit/credit card information. ZENPS will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any personally identifiable information derived from registration for or use of an Value Vials service without the consent of the customer, except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or court order pursuant to applicable law, regulation or legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others. Your information (email address, phone number, address, etc.) from registration is used to complete transactions and send you information about our company to you.
